Purpose

Eclipse Care Group is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all aspects of our business operations and supply chain. We believe in upholding human rights and ethical practices, ensuring that all individuals associated with our organization are treated with dignity, fairness, and respect.

This policy outlines our commitment to compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and our approach to identifying, preventing, and addressing any risks related to modern slavery

 

Scope

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, and other business partners working with or on behalf of Eclipse Care Group. It is our shared responsibility to promote an ethical and transparent working environment

    We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. This includes all forms of forced labour, bonded labour, child labour, and human trafficking

  2. Compliance with the Law:
    We adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, including the Modern Slavery Act 2015, ensuring ethical practices in all aspects of our operations

  3. Supply Chain Monitoring:
    We are committed to working with suppliers and partners who share our values. We conduct due diligence on our supply chain to ensure compliance with our anti-slavery commitments

  4. Training and Awareness:
    We provide training and resources to all employees to raise awareness about modern slavery, helping them identify and report potential risks within our operations or supply chain

  5. Fair Employment Practices:
    We ensure fair recruitment and employment practices, including:

    • Clear contracts of employment

    • Payment of fair wages that meet or exceed the legal minimum

    • Transparent working conditions

  6. Reporting and Whistleblowing:
    We encourage employees and business partners to report any concerns about modern slavery. All reports will be taken seriously and investigated promptly

Risk Assessment and Due Diligence

  • Supplier Screening:
    Before engaging with suppliers, we assess their commitment to ethical labour practices. Suppliers must confirm compliance with this policy

  • Contractual Obligations:
    All suppliers and contractors must agree to abide by our Modern Slavery Policy. Non-compliance may result in termination of the business relationship

  • Audits and Reviews:
    We periodically review and audit our supply chain to identify and address potential risks

  • Employees:
    All employees are responsible for adhering to this policy and reporting any suspected cases of modern slavery or human trafficking

  • Management:
    Managers are responsible for ensuring that their teams understand and comply with this policy. They must also act promptly to address any concerns raised

  • Leadership Team:
    The leadership team is accountable for ensuring that Eclipse Care Group has effective systems in place to combat modern slavery and for reviewing this policy regularly

If you suspect any form of modern slavery within our organization or supply chain, you can report your concerns confidentially via:

This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure it remains effective and up to date with legal requirements and best practices
